The author of the award-winning book, “Find Your VOICE as a Leader, Paul N Larsen, MA, CPPC, is a Certified Professional Performance Coach and an experienced leadership consultant and speaker. He has over 30 years’ business experience with executive and senior-level responsibilities within small and large companies, including being the Chief Human Resources Officer, (CHRO),  for a $3 billion organization. He takes a very deliberate coaching approach given that he understands the complexity of leading global workgroups as well as managing multi-million-dollar enterprise projects.

Currently, Paul partners with industry-wide leaders and teams to find their unique leadership “VOICE” and create compelling and purposeful outcomes for their organizations. He has a proven and successful track record in building leadership bench strength within the Fortune 100, start-up, and high-tech environments, consulting with such organizations as SAP/Success Factors, , Autodesk, BNP Paribas, Charles Schwab, Workday, Cisco, Twitter, Electronic Arts and Walmart. 

Equipped with a B.A. in History from the University of the Pacific and a M.A. in Human Resources Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, Paul is also a leadership veteran of such iconic companies as Adobe Systems, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

As a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, he is a frequent global speaker on leadership at industry and professional association events and is a current member of the International Coach Federation, the National Speakers Association and the Association for Talent Development. In his spare time, Paul can be found somewhere in the world helping local communities as a project team member with Global Volunteers and "Together We Can Change The World."
