Finding your VOICE as a leader in life enables you to discover what really matters in your life…identifying your VALUES: Your passions. Your talents. Your strengths. What is important to you and why? How do these values align with the values of your community, your chosen career?

VALUES: Living with Integrity

- I cultivate a commitment to my life vision framed by my values and beliefs

- I establish open, candid and trusting relationships by treating others fairly and consistently

- I express my values to my community by the actions I take and the performance I deliver

Questions to ask to identify your VALUES:

Who am I?

What are my strengths?

What am I known for?

What do I like to do?

What am I passionate about?

What am I good at?

How would others describe me?

What do you think are your strongest competencies you possess?

Of those above, what do you really like to do? (i.e. have a passion for…?)

What do you think are your weakest competencies? (i.e. the areas you need to develop…?)

What do you do best in your area of expertise?

What is really important to you as it relates to a potential employer you might work in?

What makes you the same as everyone else?

I appreciate…

I believe…

I trust…

I know…

So what are your VALUES?
