As your coach, we'll work together in partnership to achieve maximum impact. It involves three levels of learning and development:
- Practical problem solving using current-day scenarios aligned to your desired outcomes;
- Developing or strengthening new ways of thinking and behaving that can be generalize to
other life situations; - “Learning how to learn”: developing skills and habits of self-reflection that ensure that learning will continue after the official coaching partnership concludes. This prevents your long- term dependency on your coach and teach habits of learning and self-reflection that will last a lifetime.
