
COACHING WITH PAUL
Coaching is an experiential and individualized development process that builds your capability to achieve short-term goals over a longer-range vision. It is facilitated through one-on-one engagement, driven by data from multiple perspectives, and based on mutual trust and respect.
The client and the coach work in partnership to achieve maximum impact. It involves three levels of learning and development:
- Practical problem solving using current-day scenarios aligned to your desired outcomes;
- Developing or strengthening new ways of thinking and behaving that can be generalize to
other life situations; - “Learning how to learn”: developing skills and habits of self-reflection that ensure that learning will continue after the official coaching partnership concludes. This prevents your long- term dependency on your coach and teach habits of learning and self-reflection that will last a lifetime.
Coaching is not therapy or counseling. It is a relationship where accountability for manifesting your vision lies with you...and responsibility for providing insightful and challenging questions and activities in support of achieving the stated goals lies with me, your coach.

A comprehensive Gallup StrengthsFinder Interpretation: Developing your strengths is a critical component of leading a strengths-based life. The Gallup-Clifton StrengthsFinder helps identify areas where you have the greatest potential for building strength. It measures your reoccuring patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior.
Ikigai Atlas: Your ikigai is at the intersection of what you are good at and what you love doing. Using this ancient Japanese philosophy, which means "a reason for being", you will create your personal Ikigai Atlas so your future journey matches your passion and potential.
PI Mental Fitness Program: Designed like a mental fitness bootcamp, this Positive Intelligence Program gives you the insights, motivation, and structure to practice 15 minutes per day for 6 weeks. The program combines weekly video sessions with daily app-guided practices to boost your 3 core mental fitness muscles.
Availability of Paul via email during conventional weekday business hours, (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. USA PT), for same day response to questions, insights or feedback.
